How to make a reservation
It is recommended that you make your reservation well in advance, otherwise, you may not be able to get the seat you want, especially during the busy season. Reservations are available two months in advance by phone or e-mail at our offices or your nearest travel agent.
When your reservation is accepted, you will be given a reservation number of 4 digits. Please do not lose this number, as it will needed at the time of boarding and in the case of altering or canceling your reservation.
After completing your reservation, all you need to do is to come to our port office at your departure port on your departure day, fill in a boarding application available at the port office, and pay the fare at the reception counter. We recommend you to complete the above boarding procedures one hour prior to departure, as boarding will start one and half hours before departure.
Subject to availability, you can upgrade your room by paying the difference in fares.

Necessary information for reservations:

Date and time of departure, ports of departure/arrival, number of passengers and their ages, desired class of cabin, your contact information (address & telephone number) or that of your representative, whether you have a car(s), number of cars and their lengths, smoking/non-smoking preference. If you happen to use a wheelchair, please say so at the time of reservation. We will try to provide you with a room that best suits your needs.
